Holding multiple accounts — whether under your own name, someone else's name or false information — is a serious violation that may result in the closure of all accounts involved and forfeiture of all balances and winnings.

• Mickey888 is not liable for losses resulting from security vulnerabilities on the user's end

4Deposits & Payment Methods

Mickey888 accepts deposits via a range of local Malaysian payment methods. All deposit transactions are free with no processing fees charged by mickey888.

Deposits that fail due to technical reasons will be refunded within 24 business hours. If you experience a deposit issue, please contact mickey888 support with complete proof of transaction.

5Withdrawal

Withdrawals at mickey888 are processed in accordance with the following policy:

• The minimum withdrawal is RM30 for all methods
• The maximum daily withdrawal is RM50,000 (subject to account review)
• Withdrawals via Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, or DuitNow are processed within 5–15 minutes
• Withdrawals via bank transfer (FPX) are processed within 30 minutes to 2 hours
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit (anti-money laundering policy)
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification may be required for withdrawals exceeding RM5,000
